On Friday, May 15th,  the Small Business Administration (SBA), in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, released the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application and detailed instructions for the application.  The instructions and application include several measures to reduce compliance burdens and simplify the process for borrowers.  The City encourages all small business owners who have received a PPP loan to consult with a CPA in regards to the best options for their business.  Additionally, please remember that this unprecedented occurrence is requiring constant modifications and changes in requirements and rules governing COVID-19 related federal programs.  Please make sure you stay current on these developments by visiting the websites below as frequently as possible.
